Thrive IP® Patent Agent Alex Gambino attended a conference in October of 2023 sponsored by the PTAB Bar Association. The conference was held in Washington, DC. The Thought Leader Summit was attended by seasoned practitioners, top industry experts, and PTAB judges. At the Summit, topics related to IPR and PGR petitions, restrictions on serial and multiple petitions, joinder and parallel proceedings, and much more were discussed.
