Mary Molinaroli

Mary Molinaroli is currently Thrive IP®’s Director of Administration and Senior IP Paralegal.  She offers 10 years experience in domestic and international intellectual property prosecution, enforcement, litigation and licensing, and is a certified U.S. Patent Paralegal.    With 25 years of experience in the field of law, Mary has multi-jurisdictional paralegal experience in corporate, litigation, insurance, contract, construction, products liability, probate and bankruptcy, in addition to 8 years of  previous experience in banking and finance.  She currently oversees the daily operations/general management of the firm, all complex billing functions and maintains the accuracy of the general ledger.  In addition to daily tasks, she is a key team member to all process improvement initiatives and long-term operational plans.  Mary is a South Carolina native, and holds a diploma in Professional Paralegal Studies.
