Peter Brewer of Thrive IP® has been selected by the Tennessee IP Law Association and the Nashville Bar Association to serve as the host for a virtual meeting with Drew Hirshfeld, the Commissioner for Patents at the USPTO. The meeting will take place on Friday, September 18th from 11:15 AM – 12:45 PM Central. Peter will lead a discussion with Mr. Hirshfeld about current priorities and initiatives for the patent examination process, the USPTO response to COVID-19, recent subject matter eligibility guidance, and other matters.
