On August 09, 2018 the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board issued an Order in Opposition No. 92068437. This is an Opposition brought by Thrive IP client Powertex, Inc. against Eurolog S.R.L. After a short administrative litigation, Thrive IP was able to obtain cancellation of the opposed mark. The mark at issue was SEA BULK for “shipping containers.”
